His initials appear at the center of the artwork. &#8216;\u00c9pave&#8217; refers to the underwater environment. One envisions a sunken ship, of which only a few planks remain. The limestone low-relief is highly detailed, thanks to the daily guidance of the Master Craftsman in Petrification of the limestone deposit, who gradually brought to life all these intricate details.
