Crafted in calcite, this unique piece was obtained through the meticulous encrustation on mold of calcite crystals into a silicone mold, creating a remarkably detailed representation of the lower limb. The calcite crystals, embedded with microscopic precision in the calcite, bring to life anatomical details of exceptional subtlety. Wrinkles, fingerprints, and delicate contours of the skin are rendered with an accuracy that seems to transcend the macroscopic scale.
