“There are many similarities between, on the one hand, the conception of etchings and their making and on the other hand, the way encrustations on moulds are designed and created : time for patience, time for in-between stages and delayed results, but also the method to give some relief to either a sign, a writing or a matter, keeping in mind the manifold finished product.” The artist has an optimistic vision of the world, respects and goes beyond traditions.
