Angels in a frieze

The cherubs are engaged in a variety of lively activities: some joyfully take part in the grape harvest, while others playfully wrestle and tease one another, bringing movement, energy, and charm to the artwork.

Finely sculpted vine leaves and abundant clusters of grapes emphasize the richness of the theme, while showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship achieved through the encrustation on mould technique. The result is a timeless decorative piece celebrating the abundance, festivity, and enduring symbolism of the vine.
